Refund Policy

  • In general, we’re happy to offer refunds when your plans unexpectedly change
  • To request a refund, simply reply to the original confirmation email you received (from contact@peaksandprofessors.org). Include your Venmo username and briefly explain why you can no longer go. We’ll send the money back to you ASAP!
  • We do have a couple caveats to this policy, in order to make sure that refunded spots still have a chance to be filled by students currently on the waitlist

1. {STANDARD tickets}

  • {up to a week before the trip} you will be issued a full refund – simply respond to the original confirmation email
  • {7 days – 48 hours before the trip} your refund will be contingent on us finding someone from the waitlist to take your spot. This is not always confirmed until the day of the trip, so if someone does take your spot, you will receive your refund the day the trip is completed
  • {48 hours before – day of} no refund available

2. {DRIVER tickets}

  • {Up to a week before the trip} you will be issued a full refund – simply respond to the original confirmation email
  • {7 days – day of} no refund, unless you are able to help us secure an alternative driver. Unfortunately, organizing consistent driver rosters remains the most difficult aspect of trip planning, and cancellations within a week of the trip add to this difficulty. We of course recognize that schedules can shift unexpectedly, and completely understand when you need to cancel – if you’re able to help us find a replacement driver, we’ll very happily issue a refund
